Courses for Fall 2017 are up! In the US, compared to Sweden, each individual student is responsible for picking their own classes and schedule each semester. Then after a certain amount of credits – hopefully fulfilling the right requirements of majors, minors, sciences, humanities, general education and electives – one applies for graduation. The responsibility can be daunting but no stress, your academic advisor makes sure you stay on track. And for someone like me, the freedom of spreading out and picking whatever speaks to me is the absolutely best thing about the US education system. The downside is that as a rising senior, I don’t have that many credits left.

So many classes to take, so little time.
